Spice Powder Filling Machine Working Principle:
Quantitative blanking, static weighing feedback, calculated by the motherboard computer according to the set weight, after the blanking signal is obtained, the filling is completed by one-time high-speed blanking, after filling, put the bottle with spice powder on the weighing feedback table, let the computer read the corresponding weighing value and compare it with the theoretical value and then perform feedback adjustment. The next cutting will be based on this feedback correction value, and so on. This measurement mode is suitable for powder packaging specifications of 5g-500g.
